All our Instructors are hand-picked, to ensure they reflect our way of thinking about industrial training. They're all fully conversant with the latest course syllabuses and standards, with regular sessions at our Training Centre to ensure their knowledge remains current. Most of our courses also happen on customer sites, requiring our Instructors to be able to work independently, and as a team with you, to ensure that your operators get the best possible training.
Training In-House Instructors
Having your own in-house instructor is an investment that if planned correctly, will pay for itself over and over again. Whilst it's not something that is suitable for all organisations, Bendi Driver Training can work with you, and make the right recommendations and advise on your best in-house training strategy. At any event, we are fully authorised and registered with the Association of Industrial Truck Trainers to train and re-register instructors.Bendi Driver Training can either take the best of your operators and, subject to the course lengths shown here, train them as a fully-qualified instructor within five days, perfect for training the rest of your workforce and protecting your investment. Alternatively, we can offer your existing instructor an upgrade course, enabling them to instruct on another type of equipment.
